1 Scope
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline in organic fertilizers.
This standard is applicable to the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline in organic fertilizers and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.
This standard does not apply to the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline in soybean cake fertilizer.
The detection limits of this method are. oxytetracycline 0.75mg/kg, tetracycline 0.75mg/kg, chlortetracycline 1.0mg/kg, strong mold

3 principle
The oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline were extracted by Na2EDTA-Mclvaine-methanol extract, and the solid phase extraction column

4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, all reagents are of analytical grade and water is a primary water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 methanol. pure chromatography.
4.2 acetonitrile. pure chromatography.
4.3 disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 12H2O).
4.4 Citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O).
4.5 disodium EDTA (Na2EDTA · 2H2O).
4.6 Hydrated oxalic acid (C2H2O4 · 2H2O).
4.7 disodium hydrogen phosphate solution. 0.4mol/L. Weigh 143.26g disodium hydrogen phosphate, dissolved in water, volume to 1000mL.
