This standard specifies the method of quarantine identification of the largest nematode.
This standard applies to ornamental plants, vegetables, fruit trees and other plants, soil and cultivation medium in the largest quasi-needle nematode quarantine and identification.

4 Principle of the method
The morphological characteristics, host range and geographical distribution of the largest adult nematode (see Appendix A) were the main basis for identification.

Biological microscope, stereomicroscope (with transmission light source), heating plate, water bath, centrifuge. Self-styled bags, bell dishes or petri dishes, carrying glass
(20 mesh, 100 mesh, 500 mesh), beaker (500mL, 1000mL), funnel, funnel, latex tube or silicone tube
Water clips, small tweezers, scissors, pick the needle, shallow dish, filter paper or toilet paper, alcohol lamp, dryer and test tube.
5.2 Reagents
4% formaldehyde, nail polish, glycerol, anhydrous ethanol, glacial acetic acid, paraffin and sucrose.
