Functional properties of polyfunctional acrylate monomers for photosensitive materials
(Determination of ester content) - Capillary gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of the purity (ester content) of the polyfunctional acrylate monomer for photosensitive materials by capillary gas chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the purity (ester content) of polyfunctional acrylate monomers for photosensitive materials.
2 method summary
A small amount of the photosensitive material was weighed with a multifunctional acrylate sample and dissolved in an appropriate amount of acetone. The gas was injected into a gas chromatograph containing an inert gas
The capillary column of the body, the multifunctional acrylate is separated from the impurities such as alcohols, other esters, ethers and unknown compounds; the separated components are measured by a detector
And record the chromatogram. Using the area normalization method, the peak area of the acrylic ester was divided by the total peak area of each component.
The relative concentration of the acid esters.
3 reagents and materials
3.1 Acetone. Analytical purity.
3.2 Hydrogen. Before use, use dehydration device, silica gel, molecular sieve or activated carbon for purification.
3.3 high purity nitrogen. purity ≥ 99.99%.
3.4 Air. should be non-corrosive impurities, need to use before the use of dehydration devices, silica gel, molecular sieve or activated carbon for purification.
4 instruments and conditions
4.1 Gas chromatograph (GC) and chromatographic workstations in Table 1.
