Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document is Part 2 of GB/T 32580 "High-voltage AC switchgear and instrument transformers for ground installations in rail transit". GB/T 32580 has published the following parts. ---Part 1.Circuit Breakers; ---Part 2.Disconnecting switches, grounding switches, and load switches; ---Part 3.Current Transformers; ---Part 4.Voltage Transformers; ---Part 5.27.5kV and 2×27.5kV metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear. This document replaces GB/T 32580.2-2016 "Special Requirements for AC Switchgear for Ground Installations in Rail Transit - Part 2. The standard for "Single-phase disconnecting switches, grounding switches and load switches with voltage greater than 1kV" has been revised compared to GB/T 32580.2-2016, except for structural adjustments and rewriting. Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Changes have been made to the normal and special usage conditions (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2016 edition); b) The overview, rated voltage, nominal voltage, and rated insulation level have been revised (see 5.1 to 5.4,.2016 edition of 5.1 to 5.4); c) Added classifications for rated active load breaking current, short-circuit making capacity, rated terminal static mechanical load, and mechanical life. Rated icing thickness (see 5.7, 5.19, 5.20, 5.21 and 5.22); d) The rated cable charging breaking current, rated line charging breaking current, rated short-time withstand current, and rated peak withstand current were changed. Current, rated short-circuit duration (see 5.8~5.12, 5.8, 5.9.3, 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 of the.2016 edition); e) The matching of the rated values has been removed (see 5.11 in the.2016 edition); f) The interruption requirements for no-load transformers have been changed (see 5.18, 5.9.1 and 5.9.2 in the.2016 version); g) Modifications were made to the grounding, power operation, nameplate, interlocking devices, enclosure protection rating, and external insulation of disconnecting switches, grounding switches, and load switches. The creepage distance should be consistent with the unified standard, specific requirements for grounding switches, and mechanical strength (see 6.3, 6.5, 6.11, 6.12, 6.14, 6.15). (6.23 and 6.25, Chapter 6 of the.2016 edition); h) Added requirements for post insulators, terminals, mechanical transmission systems, asynchrony of closing, circuit resistance, and connection. Special requirements for the electric operating mechanism of the overhead contact line disconnector, control device for the overhead contact line electric disconnector, design inspection and appearance inspection (See 6.30~6.37); i) The test voltage has been changed (see 7.2.1, 7.2 in the.2016 version); j) The continuous current test, operational and mechanical life test have been modified (see 7.2.3, 7.2.12, and 7.1 in the.2016 version); k) The test voltage and mechanical operation test in an air environment have been removed from the type testing (see 7.2 and 7.3 in the.2016 version); l) Added inspection rules, selection guidelines, and information provided during inquiries, bidding, and ordering; and improved procedures for marking, packaging, transportation, storage, installation, and handling.
