Introduction
This standard specifies an overview and requirements for the management of aerospace projects aimed at optimizing performance, cost and schedule, and reducing risk.
Project management is an indispensable element of any project, but for aerospace systems, it is even more important due to the following characteristics.
--- special space environmental conditions;
--- high performance requirements;
Small batch
- limited exposure to the product during operation;
--- In the event of failure in flight failure;
--- the high complexity of the organization;
--- high cost.
The requirements of this project management requirements will regulate China's space project management, promote and facilitate international space cooperation.
