Introduction
This part is a complete IEC performance standard for general lighting LED lamps converted from IEC PAS62722-2-1. On use
The new light source of the lamp made the need for the relevant test. The content of this standard is concurrently developed and prepared with the general performance requirements of the fixture
And LED module standards are closely related. Due to the characteristics of LED, LED lighting standard changes will be produced on the LED module standard
Influence, and vice versa. Therefore, in the process of forming the current standard, the two products of the experts consult each other.
The requirements of the standard reflect the semiconductor (LED chip) industry, the traditional electric light source and experts in the field of technical knowledge.
Lamp performance
Part 2-1. Particular requirements for LED lamps
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 31897 specifies the performance requirements for LED luminaires and indicates that they comply with the test methods required in this section and
condition. It is suitable for general lighting LED lamps.
LED lamps include the following types.
Type A - use lamps that indicate their compliance with IEC 62717 LED modules;
Type B - use lamps that do not indicate their compliance with IEC 62717 LED modules;
Type C - Lamps use LED lights and are covered by IEC 62722-1.
The requirements of this section refer only to type tests.
This part does not involve C-type lamps.
This part does not involve LED lights that produce colored light, nor does it involve the use of OLED (organic LED) lamps.
Unless this Part 2-1 specifies alternative measurement methods or limits, these performance requirements are for GB/T 31897.1 Chapters 1 through 9
The supplement.
Since this part is developed and written at the same time as the standard for the LED module, the module compliance specified in IEC 62717 can be converted
To the whole lamp.
In most cases, the life of LED lamps is much longer than the feasible test time, so verify that the manufacturer's life is not
Sure enough to do so. To this end, with more than 25% rated life (up to 6000h) to accept or reject the manufacturer claims the life beyond
The scope of this part.
This section selects the luminous flux maintenance rating that defines the test time instead of the verification of the life time. So the rank number is not
Can achieve the prediction of life time. The grade is the luminous flux attenuation characteristic level, which reflects the consistency of the information provided by the manufacturer before the start of the test.
In order to verify the claimed life time, the test data need to be extrapolated. A general method of predicting measurement data beyond a limited test time
Is under consideration.
Refer to IEC 62717 Appendix C for an explanation of the recommended life time metric.
For LED lamps that meet this part, it is expected to have a rated supply voltage of 92% to 106%, as well as the ring claimed by the manufacturer
Normal temperature starts and works.
The LOR (light output ratio) evaluation of LED lamps is under consideration.
