1 Scope
This standard specifies the prevention and treatment of biochemical vector space spray insecticides applied, equipment, technical parameters and procedures.
This standard applies to vector biological control indoor and outdoor space spray.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Space sprays spacespray
Insecticidal instrument liquid insecticide form tiny mist particles dispersed in a certain space, the particle diameter of less than 50μm.
2.2
ULV ultra-lowvolumespray
Use a low volume or high-speed vortex nozzle stream of crude oil and other insecticides or high concentration formulation dispersed to a high concentration of small fog particles
(< 30μm), so target organisms exposed to mist particles poisoning.
2.3
Hot smoke thermalfog
The use of thermal energy generated by combustion in high temperature gas and the kinetic energy of high velocity gas, so that the heat and quickly vaporize insecticides, atomized into a fine mist
Drip, drift with the natural gas stream, so that the target organism exposure to toxic fog particles.
3 Select insecticide equipment
3.1 The main principle according to the size of the treatment area, the type of disposal sites, convenient and easy to operate.
3.2 for indoor control insect vectors, usually portable hot smoke machine, hand-held and backpack sprayers ULV ultra low volume spray
Mist; and for outdoor insect control vector or vehicle carrying usually ultra-low volume sprayer, outdoor canopy of trees, bamboo, grass and other field

5 Operation
