1 Scope
This document describes the determination of 10 per- and polyfluorinated compounds (see
Appendix A) methods.
This document applies to all types of textile products.

3 Terms and definitions

4 Principle
The perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds in the sample were extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether by ultrasonic. The extract was concentrated and filtered through a microporous membrane.
Qualitative analysis was performed by GC-MS and quantitative analysis was performed by external standard method.
5 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade.
5.1 Tert-Butyl Methyl Ether. Chromatographic grade.
5.2 Perfluorobutylethanol (4.2FTOH). CAS No. 2043﹘47﹘2, purity ≥97.0%.
5.3 Perfluorohexylethanol (6.2FTOH). CAS No. 647﹘42﹘7, purity ≥97.0%.
5.4 Perfluorooctylethanol (8.2FTOH). CAS No. 678﹘39﹘7, purity ≥97.0%.
5.5 Perfluorodecylethanol (10.2FTOH). CAS No. 865﹘86﹘1, purity ≥96.0%.
5.6 Perfluorohexylethyl acrylate (6.2FTA). CAS No. 17527﹘29﹘6, purity ≥97.0%.
5.7 Perfluorooctyl ethyl acrylate (8.2FTA). CAS No. 27905﹘45﹘9, purity ≥97.0%.
5.8 Perfluorodecyl ethyl acrylate (10.2FTA). CAS No. 17741﹘60﹘5, purity ≥95.0%.
