1 Scope
This Standard specifies the test methods to determine the degree of dye transfer
against all kinds of colored textiles during the storage process.
This Standard is applicable to all kinds of colored textiles.

3 Principles
Paste the specimen and multi-fiber standard adjacent fabrics, and the specimens
themselves, so that to form the composite specimen, which shall stand a while under

The test report shall contain the following contents.
a) The number of this Standard;
b) Sample description;
c) Test conditions;
d) The degree of staining of each fiber in the multi-fiber adjacent fabric;
e) The degree of change in color for specimen; if it is coated fabric, and the coated
surface occurs adhesion, breakage, crack, or peeling off phenomena, which shall
be instructed;
f) Any details deviated from this Standard, and the anomalies in the test.
