4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the analysis using only analytical grade reagents and in line with GB/T 6682 specified secondary water.
4.1 Toluene. chromatography.
4.2 Cyclohexane. chromatography.
Dimethyl sulfoxide 4.3. (4.2) saturated with cyclohexane.
4.4 sodium chloride.
4.5 4% sodium chloride solution. 4g sodium chloride (4.4) were dissolved in 100mL water.
4.6 1 internal standard. naphthalene -d8 (naphthalene-d8), a purity of ≥99%.
4.7 internal standard 2. pyrene -d10 (pyrene-d10) or anthracene -d10 (anthracene-d10) or phenanthrene -d10 (phenanthrene-d10), the purity of ≥99%.
