Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 11961.2008 "Steel drill oil and gas industry" (in English).
This standard and ISO 11961.2008 main technical differences are as follows.
--- Part Normative documents by the respective national standards replaced.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of Oil and Gas (SAC/TC355) centralized.

Steel drill oil and gas industry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the steel industry, oil and gas drilling and production operations using the tubular body and having a drill pipe welded joints thickened ends
Drill pipe supply system technical conditions, the steel drill pipe is divided into three product specification level (PSL-1, PSL-2 and PSL-3). Want to PSL-1
Demand is the basic requirement of this standard. Appendix G provides PSL-2 and PSL-3 different levels of standard technical requirements.
This standard includes the following drill steel grade.
--- E grade drill pipe;
--- High Strength Drill Pipe, X, G and S grade.
Figure B.1 shows a typical drill pipe structure, and mark the main components and length. Main dimensions and quality of each steel grade drill pipe
The amount of the international system of units (see Table A.1) and USC units (see Table C.1) gives the two systems.
This standard can also be used for drill pipe tool joints with ISO standard API or unspecified.
After consultation with the manufacturer and purchaser, this standard is also applicable to other sizes of drill pipe body and (or) the tool joint. This standard lists the test
Inspection, non-destructive testing and performance verification of additional requirements (see Appendix E), these additional requirements may be negotiated between purchaser and manufacturer selection.
This standard does not consider the use of performance.
Note 1. In this standard, the drill pipe is code 1, code 2, grade (E, X, G and S), and thicker type rotary shouldered connection type materials named. This
These names are used for identification when ordering.
Note 2. The detailed requirements for the processing of drill pipe joint thread may refer to GB/T 22512.2 or APISpec7-2.
Note 3. The performance drill can refer APIRP7G.
2 Conformance
2.1 Normative References
Normative references listed in Section 3, and the contents of its associated requirements (API), American Society for Testing and Materials and the American Petroleum Institute
(ASTM) relevant documents and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) to develop interchangeable. These files behind ISO file, and
Plus "or" such as "ISO ×××× or API ××××" on its front. This way replace the files listed using the previous
ISO file may lead to different results. However, two results are acceptable, so in actual use of these documents are considered to be
In interchangeable.
2.2 units of measurement
In this standard, data is the International System of Units (SI) and USC units (USC) represented by the two systems. International Units
Data tables and USC units are represented in Appendix A and Appendix C. Figure given in Appendix B, which data IU
SI and USC units represent the two systems. Orders for a particular project, only require the use of a system of units, with no need to give
Other units of the data represented.
Regulate the production of these products according to any one of the units represented by the units should be considered equivalent and interchangeable. Therefore, in line with
Expressed in one system of the requirements of this product must also comply with the other units expressed.
In the text, the SI units in parentheses after the data for the data USC units units.
NOTE. Appendix F gives USC units converted to SI units method for reference.
