1 Scope
This standard specifies the media access control (MAC) address, OBU number, and roadside for the vehicle-mounted unit (OBU) for road electronic charging
Unit (RSU) BeaconID, issuer identification, OBU contract serial number, CPU user card card number and other key information encoding
