This standard replaces GB/T 2795-1981 "frozen rabbit meat export BHC and DDT residues in."
This standard and GB/T 2795-1981 compared to the major differences are as follows.
--- Original method analytes BHC and DDT expanded to eight kinds of 24 kinds of organic chlorine, 3 and 14 pyrethroid acaricide
Esters of pesticides;
--- The packed column replaced with a capillary column;
--- Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry and confirmed the determination to replace gas chromatography - electron capture detector measures;
--- Sample purification method using gel permeation chromatography and solid phase extraction method instead of the original method of sulfonation.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of frozen rabbit meat 41 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.

3 Reagents and materials
All reagents, unless otherwise indicated, all HPLC grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile.
3.2 cyclohexane.
3.3 ethyl acetate.
Cyclohexane mixed solvent of ethyl acetate + 3.4 (1 + 1, volume ratio).
3.5 n-hexane.
