Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 27692-2011 "Acidic iron pellets for blast furnace": Compared with GB/T 27692-2011, in addition to the structural adjustment
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The scope has been changed and the scope of non-application has been clarified (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2011 edition);
b) Added the terms and definitions of “iron pellets”, “flux iron pellets”, “basic iron pellets” and “magnesian iron pellets” (see
3:4, 3:6, 3:7 and 3:8), the definition of "acidic iron pellets" has been changed (see 3:5, 3:4 of the:2011 edition);
c) Added a chapter on “Classification and Grade” (see Chapter 4);
d) The chemical composition requirements of iron ore pellets have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the:2011 edition);
e) The metallurgical property requirements of iron ore pellets have been changed (see Table 2, Table 1 of the:2011 edition);
f) Changed the physical property requirements of iron ore pellets (see Table 3, Table 2 of the:2011 edition);
g) The chemical analysis method of ingredients has been changed (see 6:1 to 6:6, 5:1 to 5:6 of the:2011 edition);
h) Added "alkalinity" and "magnesium oxide content" as routine inspection items (see 7:3);
i) The numerical rounding method has been changed (see 7:6, 6:6 of the:2011 edition):
