This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 27683-2011 "Specifications for Recycling of Cutting Chips of Free-cutting Copper Alloys". This document is consistent with GB/T 27683-
Compared with.2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main changes are as follows.
a) The terms and definitions of cutting chips, inclusions, volatile matter, samples, chemical composition samples, and radioactive contamination have been added, and easy cutting has been deleted.
Terms and definitions of copper alloy cutting waste, direct and effective recovery, direct and efficient recycling (see Chapter 3,.2011 edition

b) The name and classification of cutting chips have been changed (see 4.1, 4.1 of the.2011 edition);

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and returns of copper and copper alloy cutting chips (hereinafter referred to as "cutting chips").
Receipt, use, transportation, storage and accompanying documents and order form contents.
This document applies to the recycling of copper and copper alloy cutting chips in the production and trade fields. Saving copper resources and improving scrap metal recycling

Non-metallic substances mixed into copper and copper alloy cuttings during production, collection, packaging and transportation.
Note. Including wood waste, waste paper, waste plastic, waste rubber, waste glass, and stones, but does not include packaging and other materials used during transportation.

volatilesubstance
Substances (including moisture, grease, emulsion, etc.) that can be separated from cutting chips after appropriate heating treatment at a temperature of 350°C.
