This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26998-2011 "Professional Manager Exam Evaluation". Compared with GB/T 26998-2011, except for editorial revisions

1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles, objects, content, tools, staff and flow of professional manager examination and evaluation (hereinafter referred to as evaluation).
Process and other aspects.
This standard applies to all types of institutions engaged in professional manager evaluation. The internal assessment of business management personnel can be used as a reference.

Examination
Ways to examine the knowledge and ability of professional managers through written examinations and interviews.
3.2
Assessment
The process of using scientific measurement tools and evaluation techniques to test and evaluate the quality of professional managers.
3.3
Structuredinterview
An interview format in which interview questions and answers are designed in advance, and conducted according to a uniformly designed procedure and time.

Unstructured interview unstructuredinterview
