Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 26745-2011 "Basalt Fiber Composite Materials for Structural Reinforcement and Repair", and is similar to GB/T 26745-2011
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The standard name was changed to "Basalt fiber composite materials for civil engineering structures";
b) The scope has been changed, and the application of basalt fiber composite materials has been expanded from structural reinforcement and repair to structural reinforcement (see Chapter 1,.2011
Chapter 1 of the Year Edition);
c) The product classification of basalt fiber composite panels and basalt fiber composite ribs has been changed (see 4.1,.2011 edition
4.1);
d) The product specifications of basalt fiber composite plates and basalt fiber composite ribs have been changed (see 4.2,.2011 edition
4.2);
e) The product markings of basalt fiber composite panels and basalt fiber composite ribs have been changed (see 4.3,.2011 edition
4.3);
f) The tensile mechanical properties of the basalt fiber composite board have been changed (see Table 5, Table 5 of the.2011 edition);
g) Modified the tensile mechanical properties of basalt fiber composite bars (see Table 6, Table 6 of the.2011 edition);
h) The creep rupture stress of the basalt fiber composite bar has been added (see 5.5);
i) The requirements for alkali corrosion resistance of basalt fiber reinforced composite materials have been added (see 5.6);
j) The requirements and test methods for creep properties of basalt fiber composite bars have been added (see 6.5 and Appendix B).
This document was proposed by the China Building Materials Federation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Basalt fiber unidirectional cloth unidirectionalbasalt fibersheet
A cloth-like basalt fiber product composed of unidirectional continuous basalt fiber without resin impregnation and curing.
3.2
Basalt fiber-reinforced polymerplate
A slab-shaped basalt fiber composite product composed of basalt fiber and its fabric, impregnated and cured by resin.
3.3
Basalt fiber-reinforced polymerbar
It is a rod-shaped fiber-reinforced composite product made of continuous basalt fiber bundles according to a pultrusion molding process and impregnated and solidified with a matching resin.
Note. The finished product with smooth surface is basalt fiber reinforced composite light round bar, and the finished product with continuous spiral ribs on the surface is basalt fiber reinforced composite material.
Ribbed.
3.4
Theoretical thickness of unidirectional basalt fiber sheet
The measured mass per unit area of the basalt fiber unidirectional fabric is divided by the basalt fiber bulk density.
