1 Scope
This document specifies the general rules, scope and content of statistics, and statistical reports for water use units in agriculture, industry and service industries.
This document applies to water use statistics for agricultural, industrial and service water use units.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 and GB/T 24789 apply to this document.
4 General
4.1 Water consumption units shall establish and implement water consumption statistical systems and rules, and standardize statistical content and methods.
4.2 The equipment and management of water measuring instruments and facilities for water use units shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24789.
4.3 The water-using unit shall meet the requirements for various water sources (such as conventional and unconventional water sources, self-built facilities and purchased water) and uses (such as different

4.4 Water-using units shall conduct classification and grading statistics according to production organization, water-use measuring instruments and facilities.
