1 Scope

Principle 3
Under ultrasonic action, extracted with ethyl sample of dimethyl fumarate, after purifying the extract by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry

4 Reagents and materials
4.1 ethyl acetate, chromatography; or analytical reagents, molecular sieve dehydration.
4.2 neutral alumina column, 6mL, 1g filler.
4.3 over anhydrous sodium sulfate, before use treatment at 400 ℃ 4h, cooled in a desiccator, spare.
