This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 26494-2016 "Aluminum alloy extruded profiles for rail transit vehicle structures" and is consistent with GB/T 26494-2016
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
b) Added dimensional specification requirements (see 4:1);
c) Changed the surface clearance requirements (see 5:2:1, 3:4:1:1 of the:2016 edition);
d) Changed the requirements for longitudinal curvature across the entire length (see 5:2:3:1, 3:4:2:1 of the:2016 edition);
e) Changed the requirements for longitudinal side curvature per 2m length (see 5:2:3:2, 3:4:2:2 of the:2016 version);
f) Changed the weight deviation requirements (see 5:3, 3:19 of the:2016 version);
g) Delete 6005 alloy T4 state hollow profile, 6005A alloy T4 state hollow profile, 6A01 alloy T4 state hollow profile
Requirements for elongation after fracture of materials, 6008 alloy, and 6106 alloy (see 3:5 of the:2016 edition);
h) The sampling direction of room temperature tensile mechanical properties has been deleted, and the specified non-proportional extension strength of 5083 alloy H112 state has been changed (see

i) Added cross-section hardness uniformity requirements (see 5:5:2);
j) Added fatigue performance requirements for 5083 alloy (see 5:7);
