3.1 Categories
3.1.1 According to the chemical composition of the tantalum and niobium content is divided into 11 different grades.
3.1.2 Products by Fisher average particle diameter is divided into three levels. A, B, C.
3.2 Chemical composition
Chemical composition of the product shall comply with the requirements in Table 1, the oxygen content should meet the requirements of Table 2.
