1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates and orders for nickel evaporation materials
(Or contract) content.
This standard applies to the semiconductor industry with the various types of nickel evaporation material. Other uses of nickel evaporation material can also refer to the use.

3.1 Product Classification
The type of nickel vapor is divided into IC-Ni99.99 and IC-Ni99.995 according to the purity of nickel.
Nickel evaporation material shape is divided into two kinds of sheet and column, as shown in Figure 1.
