In addition to the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The term "commercial coal" is revised to refer to the definition in GB/T 31356-2014 (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2010 edition);
b) Changed the identification basis for the name of commercial coal, and gave the specific basis of the standard (see 6.1.1 and 6.1.2,.2010 edition of the
6.1.1);
c) Changed the main coal quality indicators to be indicated in the labeling of different commercial coals (see 6.4.3, 6.4.3 of the.2010 edition);
d) Added the labeling requirements when the labeling involves coal product information in e-commerce transactions (see 6.9);
e) Added identification requirements for risk warnings (see 6.10).

This document applies to coal sold within the People's Republic of China.
