This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 24503-2009 "Roll-ring chain drive sprockets for mining". Compared with GB/T 24503-2009, except for the structural adjustment
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

c) Added the types and sizes of compact chain drive sprockets with specifications of 42×146~60×181/197 (see Table 2);

1 Scope
This document specifies the types and dimensions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, standards, and specifications of round link chain drive sprockets (hereinafter referred to as "sprockets") for mining.
Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to scraper conveyors, scraper transfer machines, coal planers, tunneling machines, coal mining machines and other equipment that use round link chains or compact chains for traction.
The driving sprocket is also suitable for the driving sprocket in other equipment using round link chain as traction chain.
