This part is the "wire thread insert" one of series of standards to national standards, the series includes.
a) GB/T 24425.1-2009 common type wire thread insert;
b) GB/T 24425.2-2009 common type blind hole with a wire nut;
c) GB/T 24425.3-2009 locking type wire thread insert;
d) GB/T 24425.4-2009 locking type blind hole with a wire nut;
e) GB/T 24425.5-2009 wire thread within the thread;
f) GB/T 24425.6-2009 wire thread insert technical conditions.

1 Scope
This section GB/T 24425 specifies the nominal thread diameter 2mm ~ 39mm, pitch for the installation of the wire 0.4mm ~ 4mm
