Determination of the erucic acid rapeseed and glucosinolates spectrophotometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the erucic acid rapeseed, glucosinolate content determined by spectrophotometry.
This standard applies to quick detection of canola seed and commercial seed erucic acid, glucosinolate content.
The minimum detection limit of the method. 0.5% erucic acid, glucosinolate of 10μmol/g.

5 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade reagents.
5.1 Water, GB/T 6682, Grade 2.
