4 Reagents and solutions
Except where noted, this standard reagents used were of analytical grade, water accord GB/T 6682 two water regulations.
4.1 anhydrous methanol
4.2 acetonitrile
Chromatography.
4.3 1% (volume fraction) aqueous ammonia solution
Pipette 1.0mL of concentrated aqueous ammonia solution in 100.0mL volumetric flask with water to volume.
4.4 30% (volume fraction) in methanol

4.6 Ricinine standard solution
4.6.1 Ricinine standard stock solution. Weigh Ricinine standard amount, dissolved in methanol to prepare a concentration of 1.00mg/mL standard stock
