1 Scope
This standard specifies the filter paper as a substrate, with a reducing sugar colorimetric assay method of feed cellulase activity.
This standard applies to the determination of feed cellulase activity, the quantitative detection limit of 0.02U/mL.

3 Terms and Definitions

5 Reagents and materials

5.6 sodium citrate solution (0.1mol/L). Weigh sodium citrate (Na3C6H5O7 · 2H2O) 2.94g, dissolved in water and dilute to
100mL.
5.7 citrate buffer (0.05mol/L, pH5.5). Weigh citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O) 10.5g, was added sodium hydroxide 5.0g,
