1 Scope
This standard specifies the filter paper as a substrate, with a reducing sugar colorimetric assay method of feed cellulase activity.

100mL.
5.7 citrate buffer (0.05mol/L, pH5.5). Weigh citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O) 10.5g, was added sodium hydroxide 5.0g,
