Unless otherwise indicated, the methods used were of analytical grade reagents and water to comply with GB/T 6682 Category 2 water.

degree. This concentration of 10.0mg/mL, at 4 ℃ storage, shelf life of three months.
4.7 fumarate stock standard solution. Accurately weigh 0.1000g fumaric standard in 100mL volumetric flask, dissolved in water and dilute to the mark
degree. This concentration of 1.0mg/mL, at 4 ℃ storage, shelf life of three months.
4.8 lactic acid standard stock solution. preparation and calibration methods, see Appendix A.
4.9 mixed standard stock solution. Take 10.0mL citric acid standard stock solution (4.6), 1.0mL fumaric acid standard stock solution (4.7) and 10.0mL
