Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 15707.2001 "Information and documentation - International Standard Musical Work --- coding." And ISO 15707.2001
Compared to the standard done the following changes (including editorial changes).
1) increase in Chapter 2 normative references;
2) The international standard Chapter 2 Terms and definitions 2.2 and 2.3 works sort of music works interchangeably;
3) international standards relevant provisions of Chapter 4 of the international standard coding system management of musical works, to national standards in Chapter 5
Provides that the State standard piece of music encoded management;
4) In Chapter 7, a clear responsibility of the construction works of Chinese music encoding standard public database;
5) Remove Appendix A. 2.1 International ISWC agencies and appendix A. Content Areas 2.2 ISWC sector institutions;
6) Added Appendix A. 2.1 General and Appendix A. Responsibilities 2.2 China ISWC agencies;
