1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of water activity food dish Kang Weishi diffusion and water activity meter diffusion method. This standard applies to pre-packaged grain products category, meat, aquatic products category, type of bee products, potato products, fruit products, vegetables Class products, milk powder, solid drink food water activity measurement. This standard does not apply to frozen foods and containing volatile components.
