1 Scope
This standard specifies the prohibited substances in food --- basic orange dye detection method.
This standard applies to foods banned substances --- High Performance Liquid Chromatography basic orange dye.
The standard basic orange 2, Basic Orange 21, Basic Orange 22 and the detection limit was 0.01mg/kg.

Principle 3
The sample was ethanol extraction, concentration, liquid volume after volume, separated by reverse phase column, UV detector chromatography analysis.
4 Reagents and solutions
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, test water line with GB/T 6682 in a water requirements.
4.1 anhydrous ammonium acetate, pure class distinctions.
4.2 over anhydrous sodium sulfate.
4.3 n-hexane.
4.4 ethanol.
4.5 Methanol, HPLC grade.
4.6 acetonitrile chromatography.
4.7 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate dissolved in 1000mL water.
4.8 volume solution. take 65mL of methanol was added 35mL20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution and mix.
4.9 Standard. basic orange 2, Basic Orange 21, Basic Orange 22, the purity of ≥95%.
4.10 1.0mg/mL standard stock solution basic orange dye. Weigh 100mg (accurate to 0.1mg) basic orange 2, Basic Orange 21,
Basic Orange 22, placed in 100mL volumetric flask, add dry methanol to dissolve and dilute to volume, and mix the solution in the dark at 4 ℃ insurance
Deposit, valid for one month.
