This standard applies to animal organs, muscles, and aquatic products in 10 kinds of aminoglycoside residues determination.

Sample aminoglycoside drug residues, using phosphate buffer extracted through C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE), and concentrated using heptafluoro
Butyric acid as an ion pair reagent, high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 glacial acetic acid. HPLC grade.
4.3 formic acid. HPLC grade.
4.4 heptafluoro acid. purity ≥99%.
4.5 concentrated hydrochloric acid.
4.6 sodium hydroxide.
4.7 TCA. Purity ≥99%.
4.8 disodium edetate (Na2EDTA). purity ≥99%.
4.9 potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.10 heptafluorobutyric acid solution (HFBA). 100mmol/L, were accurately taken 6.5mL heptafluorobutyric acid (4.4), dilute with water to 500mL
(4 ℃ in the dark for up to 6 months).
4.11 heptafluorobutyric acid solution. 20mmol/L, were accurately taken 100mmol/L heptafluorobutyric acid solution 50mL (4.10), diluted with water to
250mL (4 ℃ in the dark for up to 6 months).
4.12 phosphate buffer (containing 0.4mmol/LEDTA and 2% trichloroacetic acid solution). Weigh accurately potassium dihydrogen phosphate (4.9) 1.36g,
Dissolved in 980ml water, pH adjusted with hydrochloric acid 1.0mol/L to 4.0, were added Na2EDTA (4.8) 0.15g and TCA
(4.7) 20g, and mix to dissolve and dilute to 1000mL (4 ℃ can be stored in the dark for 1 month).
4.13 formic acid. 0.1% (volume fraction), Imbibe 1.0mL of formic acid (4.3) in 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark,
