Atomic fluorescence spectrometer
1 Scope
This standard specifies the atomic fluorescence spectrometer classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transport and storage.
This standard applies to the measurement element may be formed hydride arsenic, antimony, bismuth, selenium, tellurium, lead, tin, germanium, atomic vapor-phase mercury, and volatile of
Non-dispersive vapor compounds of zinc, cadmium and other elements of generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument).
2 Normative references
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent
Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research
