1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fortified wheat flour, nutrition fortifier and additive requirements, product classification and Grading, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labeling and labeling, packaging, transport and storage requirements. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Using GB 1355 in line with the requirements of wheat flour as raw materials, nutrition supplements in accordance with the provisions of GB 14880 varieties and usage, add a Wheat flour with several or more nutrients.
