This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 21120-2007 "synthetic fibers for cement concrete and mortar". Compared with GB/T 21120-2007, except

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and synthetic fibers for cement concrete and mortar.

A fiber made of a polypropylene resin which is then spun by melt extrusion.
