In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The classification status has been changed (see 4:2, 3:2 of the:2006 version);
b) Changed the quantifiable trait ratio (see 5:2, 4:1:2:1 of the:2006 version);
c) The relationship expressions between shell height and shell length, shell length and body weight have been deleted (see 4:1:2:3 of the:2006 edition);
d) Deleted biochemical genetic characteristics and detection methods (see Chapter 7, 8:2 of the:2006 edition);
e) Added description of molecular genetic characteristics and detection methods (see Chapter 8, 9:5);
