This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB 19855-2005 "moon cake" (with amendments No. content, II and III content amendments amendments
This standard compared with GB 19855-2005, the main changes are as follows.
--- By the mandatory provisions of the revised recommended standards;
--- Increased Normative documents about the standard content;
--- On the "moon cake" is defined expressions were perfect;
--- The "local flavor characteristics classified by" was changed to "sent by specialties category";
--- New "production and sales requirements" requirement;
