This standard is based on "geographical indication protection regulations" and GB 17924-1999 "General requirements for geographical origin of products" made.
This standard replaces and repealing GB 19051-2003 "geographical origin of products Nanfengmijie."
This standard compared with GB 19051-2003 main changes are as follows.
--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", modify the name;
--- Made mandatory to recommended;
--- Modify the definition of Nanfeng Orange;
--- Increased soil requirements;
--- Planting density spacing changed (3.5m ~ 4.5m) × (4.5m ~ 5.0m);
--- Pest control object increased focus black spot disease;
--- Factory inspection, type testing and determination rules for simple text changes.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
