1 Scope
This document stipulates the collection, trimming and grading, pre-cooling, packaging and labeling, storage, cold chain transportation, sales, traceability, and recall of fresh edible fungi.
Requirements for circulation links.
This document applies to three kinds of cultivated edible mushrooms. shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and Agaricus bisporus, as well as delicious boletus, matsutake, Chinese truffles/Indian truffles
The circulation of the three kinds of fresh wild edible fungi is carried out throughout the entire process from harvesting to recall, and the circulation of other fresh edible fungi can be implemented accordingly.
