3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled or deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.1 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4).
3.2 two water of crystallization of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH2PO4 · 2H2O).
3.3 NS. 0.75% sodium chloride (NaCl) solution.
3.4 fixative. 3 parts of methanol was added 1 part of glacial acetic acid, now with the current.
3.5 Heparin solution. concentration of 500IU/mL.
3.6 Trypsin. a concentration of 5mg/mL.
3.7 ribonuclease (RNase). 1mg/mL.
3.8 propidium iodide (PI). a concentration of 50μg/mL.
3.9 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer (PBS). Na2HPO412.35g, NaH2PO4 · 2H2O20.3g, distilled water volume to 1L.
