This standard GB/T 1.1-2009 given rule drafting.
This standard replaces GB/T 18566-2001 "Detection evaluation method of energy use of transport vehicles."
This standard compared with GB/T 18566-2001 main technical changes are as follows.
--- The scope of this standard does not contain 3500kg and below the road transport vehicle (see Chapter 1);
--- On the "Terms and definitions" content has been removed and added (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3, 2001 edition);
--- "Test project" to "parameter in evaluation" (see Chapter 4, see Chapter 4, 2001 edition);
--- Modify the "detection" clause, delete the testing processes and road test mode (see Chapter 5, Chapter 7, 2001 edition);
--- Increase the "test conditions" (see Chapter 6);

Carbon mass balance method carbonbalancemethod
According to post-fuel combustion in the engine is equal to the sum of the total mass of carbon in exhaust gas quality carbon and fuel prior to combustion testing the law of conservation of mass
