Foreword
This standard corresponds to IEC 60901 "single-ended fluorescent lamp performance requirements" (English Version) Version 2.4 (2007).
This standard and IEC 60901.2007 is not equivalent degree of consistency.
This standard is based on IEC 60901.2007 "single-ended fluorescent lamp performance requirements" redrafting.
This standard replaces GB/T 17262-2002 "single capped fluorescent lamps - Performance requirements."
This standard and the "single-ended fluorescent lamp performance requirements" The main difference compared to the GB/T 17262-2002 as follows.
--- Original standard in aggregate table shows the various technical parameters of single-ended fluorescent lamps, and this revision of the standard in accordance with IEC

Single-capped fluorescent lamps - Performance requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the single-ended fluorescent lamps for general lighting performance requirements.
This standard includes the following external device using a lamp ballasts.
a) within the AC mains frequencies of single-ended to start preheating cathode fluorescent lamp;
b) AC power frequency and high-frequency band to start working outside the single-ended to start preheating cathode fluorescent lamp;
c) AC power frequency and high-frequency non-starter to start-up work outside the single-ended cathode fluorescent lamp;
d) the use of high-frequency preheating start working outside the single-ended cathode fluorescent lamp;
e) high frequency preheat start working outside the single-ended cathode fluorescent lamps.
For some of the requirements of this standard lamp given, see the "light of the relevant data leaflet."
Compliance with this standard lamp, when used in line with GB/T 14044 or GB/T 15144 and compliance with ballast or GB 20550
GB/T 19655-2005 launcher and installed in compliance with GB 7000.1-2007 lamps, the application of 92% to 106% of rated power
Voltage, at an ambient temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ ignition, a smooth start-up and normal operation.
NOTE. For some light, at ambient temperature to -15 ℃ normal start of the high-frequency ballast provides for additional design parameters.
