This standard replaces GB/T 17237-1998 "livestock slaughter and processing general technical conditions."
This standard 17237-1998 major changes compared to GB/T as follows.
--- Expanding the scope of the standard, in addition to the expansion of the livestock pigs, cattle, sheep outside the execution may refer to this standard;
--- Specifies the ambient temperature conditions different workshops;
--- Increase the definition and requirements for synchronization with the test apparatus;
--- Increased laboratory (laboratory) requirements;
--- Increased Trichinella laboratory operating table illumination requirements;
--- Increasing the suspended conveyor track length requirements;
--- Provides different products storage temperature conditions;
--- Increase the special requirements slaughtered.
