Foreword
GB/T 16783 "Field testing of drilling oil and gas industry" is divided into two parts.
Part 1. Water-based drilling fluids;
Part 2. Oil-based drilling fluids.
This section is Part 2 GB/T 16783 in.
Rules in this section in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This Part replaces GB/T 16782-1997 "oil-based drilling fluids field testing program." Compared with the GB/T 16782-1997 main technical
Surgery changes are as follows.
--- Increased Chapter 1, "" and Chapter 2, "Terms and definitions" and Chapter 3, "Acronyms";
--- Increased in Chapter 5 "fluid density measurement Workaround";
--- Delete the original standard Appendix F "from the drilling fluid prior to testing step of removing air or gas," and Appendix G "SI units change
Sheets ";
Analysis of activity by Garrett sulfide gas separation method --- Added Appendix G "measuring method Chenevert cuttings activity" Appendix H "
Thing, "Appendix I" glassware, thermometers, viscometers, retort cup and drilling fluid density meter test and calibration "and Appendix J" non
Water-based drilling fluids sand content determination procedures ";
--- Deleted all the photos of test equipment.
This section uses redrafted law, modify using ISO 10414-2. Part 2 Field testing of drilling oil and gas industry 2002 "
Score. oil-based drilling fluids. "
This portion of the ISO 10414-2. compared to the differences in the structure of the 2002 Appendix A.
This portion of the ISO 10414-2.2002 technical differences and the reasons are. the addition of "This section applies to oil in Chapter 1," Scope "
Based drilling fluids, field testing and analysis "prepared to adapt to the requirements of the standard.
This part made the following editorial changes.
--- Remove the ISO 10414-2.2002 Annex F, Appendix G (both informative);
--- Added Appendix J (informative).
This part is proposed by the China National Petroleum Corporation.
This part of the National Oil and Gas Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC355) centralized.
