This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 16499-2008 "Safety publications and basic safety publications and multi-disciplinary common security publications
The application of the guide ", and GB/T 16499-2008 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
