In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
Added high-purity grades, technical requirements, and determination methods (see Chapter 5 and Chapter 6); -
Added the analytically pure (98%) category, and divided analytically pure into Class I and Class II (see Chapter 5);
Added technical requirements and test methods for chromaticity and acetic acid (see Chapter 5, 6.3, 6.9); -
The technical requirements for evaporation residue and iron have been changed (see Chapter 5, 3.2 of the.1995 edition); -
