Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 15031-1994 "sisal fiber."
Compared with the standard GB/T 15031-1994 The main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of sisal fiber, product code and marking requirements, sampling, test methods and labeling, transport and storage.
This standard applies to Agave extracted fibers.

3 Terms and Definitions
