This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 14548-1993 "General Technical Specifications for Marine Semiconductor Converters" and is consistent with GB/T 14548-1993.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope of application of the document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1993 edition);
--- Added appearance, assembly and material requirements (see 4.1 and 4.2);
--- Changed the design and structural requirements (see 4.3, 5.4 and 5.5 of the.1993 edition);
--- Deleted the product model requirements (see 4.1 of the.1993 edition);
