This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

1 Scope
This document specifies the selection and use requirements for VCI packaging materials.
This document is applicable to the VPI packaging of metal materials and their products (hereinafter referred to as products).

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 11372 apply to this document.
4 Main types
VCI packaging materials are generally divided into paper, film, agent, liquid, buffer and others. Agents include powder and granules, liquid packaging

5.Select Requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 When high quality anti-rust packaging is required for precision parts and valuable products, materials with high physical strength and excellent anti-rust performance should be selected.
